Order Vault is operated by Nicholas Anzalone in Nevada, United States.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
3. Accounts
You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
4. Your Content
You retain ownership of your content. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display it solely to operate the Service.
5. Sharing
If you share an order, anyone with the link may view it. You control what you share.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to violate laws, abuse the Service, or attempt to access other users’ data.
7. Subscriptions and Payments
- Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID (or other app store account).
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the period.
- You can manage or cancel in device settings.
- Refunds are subject to Apple’s policies.
8. Data Retention
We store your data while your account is active. You can delete orders or your account at any time.
9. Account Deletion
You can delete your account in the app. This permanently removes your data.
10. Third-Party Services
We use Supabase, RevenueCat, Google, Apple, and (planned) PostHog to operate the Service.
11. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nicholas Anzalone is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nevada, United States.
